When you in the point of life where you do not know how much effort you should put in because you are wondering (like me), what would you achieve if you were to put put in more effort and time.
If you have that thought, then this video would definitely be useful for you”
Check it out:
Here is what I think this video is aboutFirstly, this video is an inspiration and a motivator for me to put in more than 100% in whatever I do.
Why do I need to put in more than 100%?
Watch the video and you will find out why. But I just will tell you briefly why. The difference between Number 1 and Number 2 is so little and marginal. For example, in sports, in a 100m race, the fastest runner and the second fastest runner is just a slight difference of less than 1 second however, the prize which the fastest runner gets is so much more than the second fastest runner.
Secondly, this video shows real life examples of how it is relevant to us to put in more than 100%. I like the way this video used real life examples like golf to bring about its point. It is really an reality check for me to reflect whether have I been putting more thant 100% effort to achieve what I truly want in life.
One last insight which I recieved from this video is if we want to really achieve great success in life, we really need to be the very best in whatever we are doing, be it playing a sport like soccer, we have to become the Player of the Year to really reap very successful rewards.
Therefore, I encourage you to put in more than 100% and you will taste the rewards in no time…

Glenn,
A great video and very inspirational. It’s so important to go the extra mile, get the extra degree for our successes. The evidence is there to see the margin of achieve success and not achieving it is very small.
