Robert Kiyosaki- 4 Points to Live By

I was browsing through Youtube and I chanced upon this video and I felt it was very meaningful and made a lot of sense to me and I believe it will to you.

This video explains 4 points to live by and 4 questions which which people on the right side of the Cashflow Quadrant (Business Owners & Investors) must ask when do run their business or make investments to ensure success.

1.Partners

Robert Kiyosaki said before doing anything, you should ask “Who are my partners?” or “Who are my Teamates whom I will be working with?”
You should look for good Partners in terms of mindset and capabilities. This way, the path to success will be more efficient and less effort is needed. Good Partners may not need to have the same strengths and they can have different strengths but just as long as their skills compliment with yours. You can’t do a good deal with a bad partner as that partner will pull you down and slow you down.

To add on, choosing the wrong teamates to work with them and trying to accomdate and pleasing everyone in the group will not lead you to success as well.  I understand this point very clearly because I was faced with the same situation and things didn’t go well. Discussion and implementation and even communication was difficult between the members of my group.

The term “Partner” also include your spouse. People will argue with me that love is blind and that  I should not treat people like objects but picture this, you want to become rich and wealthy and you are married to a partner who is a spendthrift who spends a lot and has a whole bunch of credit cards debts. Wouldn’t the chances of becoming rich and wealthy become close to ZERO unless you can find some way to get rid of the debts?

2.Value/Price
What is the value of your partners? What value can they provide you with?
Do they invest to make more money or do they lose money?
Do they invest in education or do you invest in education such as financial education?
Do you or your partner know the value of learning? How much do you think Education is worth?

3.Finance
How well do I finance it (eg. investments, real estate)?
You must be well-financed and be budgeting well and invest in financial education.

4.Management
As an individual, how well you manage your finances?
For example: If you buy a real estate, you should ask yourself or your team how well do you or they manage the real estate?

Final Tip:
If you are weak at any 1 of the 4 points above then you will struggle in your life in terms of  your finances or progress in terms of business or sales or etc.
