“Tick! Tick! Tick!” as my handphone alarm rang. It was time for me to go to Singapore Expo for the 2nd Day of Tony Robbins seminar. I slept late last night as the firewalk on Day 1 was quite late. I had to rush to the take train at the station as I was running late.
The 2nd Day of Tony Robbins started off with dancers dancing on stage and welcoming the participants. The dancers had to lift the energyso that we would feel pumped for the 2nd Day.
After some dancing and the crowd was charged enough, the MC introduced the speaker of the day which is Joseph Ma Clinton. The reason why Tony Robbins didn’t speak on the 2nd Day is because Tony Robbins’ doctor told him that he should not overwork himself as age is catching up to him. So, Tony Robbins needs a break.

Joseph Ma Clinton came out and he thanked us for having the courage to walk on fire. He also said he noticed the way, we walked into the Expo Hall was different as compared to the 1st Day. He explained that on Day 1, most of the people whom walked in had poor physiology and low energy. But on the 2nd Day, he noticed that everyone changed their physiology and had better energy .
He then played a game with everyone. The game was called “Simon Says”. Sounds easy right? I had to do whatever Simon said and not what Simon did not say. He tried a simple example with the audience there. He said Simon says to “Stand up and put your hand on your head.” Immediately, more than half of the audience got it wrong and I was one of them. The instructions was simple Simon says to stand up but the part “and put your hand on your head” is not what Simon said. Through this example, I learnt the importance of listening to instruction and I sure need to improve on that skill, listening.
The game then proceeded on and from 5000 people, left to only 1 gentleman who is on stage. The last challenge was Simon says to tell a joke in the tune of the song “Amazing Grace”. The gentleman was able to do the challenge and everyone in the hall cheered.

To sum up the 2nd Day, Joseph Ma Clinton taught:
- The Ultimate Success Formula by Tony Robbins
- 3 Steps to Lasting Change
- The Science of Momentum
- Understanding seasons and cycles
