IQ Number 2: Profession IQ
We usually learn this IQ after we finished primary school education or college education either from tertiary schools or training schools. This IQ is extremely important as it teaches us skills and knowledge about a profession which we would take up as our job. Depending on which profession you will be taking, the knowledge and the skills learnt will differ. For instance, you may be studying about medical science thus, you will be learning about medicine knowledge and skills like how to use surgical tools to carry out operations. However, if you are learning about engineering, you will be learning totally different stuff.
Doctor VS Engineer
By being good in Profession IQ means that you are very good at doing your job. We need to know what our job needs and what we need to do to perform the tasks of our job scope thus, profession IQ is very important. But alone, is it that important?
I have seen many people who are good in their jobs but they never seemed to get rich even though they are earning a lot of money every month. Do you ever see people around you experiencing what I am saying?
Thus, Profession IQ is a Must Have but it is not the only IQ to have!
I will talk more about the 3rd IQ that we all need and it is one of the MOST Important to determine your financial well-being and how it will affect your progress to getting richer and more freedom. Catch this in the next post.

As you might be aware, IQ was used mainly in the 70′s to about 90′s After that, the Focus changed to EQ – Emotional Quotiant. especially in management levels, EQ became very popular. This is where discipline also came in, such as having order, respect, accountability and so forth. Currently, the focused has changed again, this time to SQ – spiritual Quotiant. Spiritual in the sense of trust. Many Managers are now being appointed on the basis of Integrity. I liked what our pastor said once: Integrity is being in alignment with what you have been born to do.

Yes, I agree that EQ is very important. I also can see that the focus is SQ because the richest people in the world like Bill Gates and Warren Buffet is donating so much of what they have to the less fortunate. I think they know that they can’t bring the money they have with them after they have gone to the other world. Aligment with one’s integrity is definitely important as unalignment means going against oneself which is very exhausting.
